The hotel room was big and comfortable with good heating and a clean bathroom, but it was very dated and not worth the money as the carpets had stains all over them. The service was welcoming, pleasant, and friendly, and the staff were very helpful and sociable. The location was fab, perfect for what we needed, with super clean spacious rooms and lovely staff. The dining was exceptional but the staff seemed a bit disorganized. Overall, a mixed experience with good and not so good aspects.

My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfy with a view of the parade ring. Initially, the room was cold overnight, but the staff members at the reception were quick to fix the temperature concern once informed. The service was exceptional with staff going above and beyond, even helping my wife's mom with her cardigan. The location, right next to the race course, was ideal for our plans and added a unique charm to our stay. The dining experience offered a variety of choices and excellent service. Overall, a great value for money stay with friendly service, wonderful atmosphere, and excellent facilities.
